Compensation
Top Drivers here are earning $90,000 – $115,000 and you’re paid for all the work you do (seriously! Check out our PayPlus+ Package).
We respect and value the experience you bring, so we pay Drivers for your years of verifiable tanker experience.

Requirements
- Class A CDL,
- Clean Driving Record
- 2 years’ verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Desire to work as part of a Team, Earn Money, and Serve the Customer
These are the easy requirements. In addition to these fundamentals, we will require that you look at act like part of the team. Our Driver workforce will be as close to meeting the Aviation Standard of Excellence™ that we can be without literally flying an aircraft.
We will require that you tell us about any issues, problems, and recommendations to make things better on the job. CEO David L. Stevenson always says, “If we don’t know, we can’t fix it.”
Regional
Stick to the regional roadways, and get the best pay based on your experience. Generally, regional Drivers are out for a week with the 34 reset at home once per week, and you’ll earn all the PayPlus+ extras.
Over The Road
Some of you road warriors like to stay out 2 weeks and more. We have miles for you too! If you want it 2 weeks, 2 months, or longer, we can accommodate your schedule and you’ll get all the PayPlus+ extras.
Dedicated
Get to know and serve our repeat customers with these contracted routes based in Terminals throughout our network. And again, all of our Professionals earn the benefits of our PayPlus+ extras.

At Custom Commodities Transport, we respect the work you do by offering a Total Compensation Package: the mileage pay rate is based on the experience you bring. And in addition to payroll every Friday via direct deposit, Drivers earn our PayPlus+ package.
Training / Orientation is paid (5 days starting in Gilmer, Texas. We’ll take care of your transportation and hotel)
Paid for Roadside DOT inspection with no violations

Vacation Pay based on annual gross compensation divided by 52
*After 1 year service: 1 week vacation
*After 2 years: 2 weeks’ vacation
*After 5 years: 3 weeks’ vacation
